Founder & CEO
Dr. Norah Wang
Assistant Professor (in Social Design) of the School of Design, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. PhD in Psychology from the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Former postdoctoral fellows at the Dept of Social Work and Social Administration and Dept of Politics and Public Administration of the University of Hong Kong. Former research assistant professor at the Dept of Applied Social Sciences of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

With her solid academic training, Norah draws on prior research and latest discussions to inform the development of Theory of Change and uses innovative research designs and mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative) to evidence outcomes, measure impact and refine Theory of Change.
Over the past 15 years, Dr. Wang has worked with various government agencies (such as the Efficiency Unit), statutory bodies (such as the Hospital Authority), and third sector organizations (such as the Hong Kong Housing Society, Hong Kong Award for Young People, Oxfam Hong Kong, Hong Kong Council of Social Service). She has authored and co-authored more than 40 peer-reviewed journal papers and book chapters. Her research was funded by funders such as the Hong Kong government's Innovation and Co-ordination Office Public Policy Research Funding Scheme.
Co-Founder
Michele Wong
Double MSc (Distinction) in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Peking University. First-class BA (Hons) degree in Theology & Religious Studies from Cambridge University.
Michele has over 10 years of extensive experience in youth development and nonprofit management. Michele was previously the Program Manager at ExCEL3, University of Hong Kong, where she worked with over 50 NGOs to conduct organizational capacity-building research and activities, in particular collaborating with the Hong Kong Council of Social Services Institute to produce an integrated talent management competency framework for CEOs in Hong Kong.
Senior Research Associate
Nevaeh Leung
MSc (Merit) in Human Rights and Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. First-class BA (Hons) degree in Chinese from the City University of Hong Kong.

Previously, Nevaeh has worked as a columnist and journalist at Ming Pao Daily, and led projects for various international and local corporate and government organizations such as Channel 4 (UK), Microsoft, HK Tourism board. In her academic pursuit, Nevaeh has developed strong interests in the sociology of behaviors and emotions.

Currently, Nevaeh is championing our research projects on youth development, from social emotional learning, STEM education to life planning.
Senior Research Associate
Dorothy Cho
Dorothy has a MSc in Sustainability Leadership and Governance from the University of Hong Kong and a SROI partitioner.
​
Dorothy has over 10 years of experience in ESG, public relations, and community engagement, and has worked with sizable corporations, international NGOs, and public organizations in Hong Kong and Macau, e.g., The Salvation Army, the Suncity Group, the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC). In her role at HKPC, she led the publicity efforts for the Green Living and Innovation Division, promoting its environmental initiatives and Green Tech support to SMEs, as well as the Council’s ESG reports.
Currently, she heads our research on place-making and industry sustainability and impact strategies.
Analytics Engineer
Nora Hernández
Nora is a third-year doctoral candidate in the Faculty of Education at The University of Hong Kong. Her research interest is in AI education. She holds a MSc (Computer Science) and a MEd (Educational Technology and Innovation) from top universities in Mexico.

Her previous research focused on using Probabilistic Graphical Models, specifically Bayesian networks, to create a hybrid-recommender system that provides context-aware recommendations, enhancing user satisfaction and system performance. Moreover, she led a project in the private sector which implemented Machine Learning (ML) to develop a national security index based on analysis of data from the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI) in Mexico.
Community Work Lead
Zoe Mui
Zoe has over 10 years of experience in community work and urban living lab. She has worked on various community co-creation and commoning experiments with teams at the Make a Difference Social Lab and the Dept of Applied Social Sciences of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

She is also a Permaculture Practitioner who has been promoting Urban Community Friendly Lifestyle as a core team member at Daily Practices in Nature. She has run the Urban Farm and nature related co-creation experiments with the team for more than 8 years.

She has worked on Community Art projects with Pang Jai Concern Group, Shek Kip Mei Arts Union, and Innovative Arts and Media Association.
Green Data Lead
Peggie Ho
Peggie is a project manager with a background in project management and sustainability initiatives, holding a BSc (Hons) Environmental Science in Lancaster University, UK. Her steadfast belief in harnessing human potential to foster a more sustainable future is a guiding principle that drives her professional endeavours.

Career spans over a decade of collaborative and facilitative roles in diverse projects (environmental, social, educational, community) across Hong Kong. She has cultivated expertise in rooftop organic farming, community urban farm operations such as Urban Oasis and K-farm (Phase 1), school engagement workshops, community green stations (Sha Tin & Kwun Tong), along with proficiency in carbon footprint data analysis and sustainability reporting (ESG). Recently, Peggie has embraced a pivotal role as a workflow and system development project manager in a Hong Kong corporation (HKEx).
Impact Communications Lead
Thomas Rippe
Thomas is a media professional with over 15 years of experience in journalism and public relations. He applies his journalistic background to tell compelling stories that captivate stakeholders and elevate brand reputation.
Thomas has worked on corporate and executive communications for major global brands including Lenovo, Moderna, Uber, and Manulife, as well as Hong Kong businesses including Hongkong Land and Park Lane Hotel. His thought leadership writing has appeared in the South China Morning Post, corporate and personal LinkedIn pages, and company websites.
Prior to his work in corporate communications Thomas was a journalist working for international media including the Associated Press and Voice of America. He was also a news presenter at China Radio International in Beijing. Thomas has a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Southern California.
